- Members agree to abide by the homeschool laws of your given state.
- We fax copies of Member Letter to a third party only upon your request.
- Members must submit grades for their high school students by/before June 10th.
- Members agree to complete a Compliance Form at the end of your 180 days.
- When members neglect to comply with these by-laws as set forth, they may be placed under probation status and/or given a period of time within which to address and/or correct their compliance violations. If within this time period, they do not address or correct their compliance violations they will be denied continued membership with Faithful Scholars.
- When legally required, Faithful Scholars will make available any and all applicable and available documents.
- Faithful Scholars does not supply you with books or a curriculum plan but is happy to offer curriculum support, online & video workshops, FB chat & Live, written legal documentation when applicable for your state, and whatever else we can provide to encourage and assist.
- Members with high school students must read the material on the High School page.
- None of the information or opinions on our website, e-mails, or phone conversations should be taken as legal advice. We are in service to offer accountability assistance to homeschooling families through being a corporate entity maintaining a professional relationship with your school district and your State Board of Education. Faithful Scholars’ purpose is to allow our members the least restrictive home school environment, and to maintain your privacy while ensuring members’ legal compliance with homeschool state laws.
- It is within the rights of Faithful Scholars to terminate any membership at any time.
